US Wind, Inc. (“US Wind”) has submitted a federal consistency certification to the Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) in addition to the Bureau of Ocean and Energy Management Construction and Operations Plan for an offshore wind energy project approximately 18.5 kilometers off the coast of Maryland on the Outer Continental Shelf with proposed cable landing and interconnection in Delaware (FC 2022.0088). The Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA) review period began on June 23, 2022, and was to end on August 9, 2023, per the stay agreement dated July 20, 2022.
