This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”) and DeSoto ISD (the “ISD”), a Texas secondary education high school, on behalf of DeSoto ECHS, (“High School”). The College and the ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
