This Agreement specifies the rights and responsibilities of the Contracting Entity (or CE) and Sub-Distributing Agency (or SDA) (collectively, the parties), identified above, in the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) as administered in Texas by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for Program Years 2025 through 2027.
