Independent Contractor’s (IC) commission split on a closed transaction will be calculated based on the agent’s total earned Gross Commission Income (GCI) from the contract anniversary date through the date of closing of the transaction. Our split rewards increased productivity with an increased agent split at the graduation levels stated above.
