(herein referred to as the “Agency”) and Columbia County, Florida (herein referred to as the "Client"), the Agency and Client have agreed to mutually amend the Agreement (herein referred to as “Second Amendment”) as outlined below as of October 1, 2022 (herein referred to as “Second Amendment Effective Date.”).
