By submitting an application or participating in an Offer, you expressly consent to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Fashion Eservices Indonesia, BF Jade E-Services Philippines Inc and Recess Logistics and Retail Co., Ltd. (excluding Internet Services Australia 1 Pty Limited.) ("ZALORA” or "we"), and you, ("you" or "Affiliate") the party submitting an application to become a ZALORA affiliate. The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement apply to your participation with ZALORA Affiliate Program. By submitting an application, you expressly consent to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
