With respect to the What a Difference a Day Makes Program (Event) to be held on with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS), PA Keystone Chapter, for good and valuable consideration, I hereby agree to participate in the Event. I further agree to release and hold NMSS, its directors, officers, employees, agents and chapters harmless from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with my participation with the Event.
