This Participation Agreement is not binding on the Alliance unless accompanied by the applicable Membership Fees associated with the Adopter Member listed above. By indicating agreement below, the individual executing this Participation Agreement on behalf of the applicant Company warrants that he or she has all requisite authority to execute this Agreement for and on behalf of the entity seeking entry. This Agreement may be executed either electronically or on paper, any electronic signature or typed name appearing in the signature area below are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
