The Adopt-A-Stream Program (the “Program”) has been established for community and civic organizations, private businesses, schools, and individuals to contribute their time and effort to monitoring and maintaining cleaner waterways and a healthy watershed.

The City of Belton hereinafter called the “City” and hereinafter called the “Volunteer Group” are entering into this Agreement to permit the Volunteer Group to participate in clean water endeavors in the City of Belton. The City does hereby authorize the Volunteer group to participate in the Adopt-A-Stream Program by picking up litter and conducting other enhancement work, if specified, within the assigned section of the stream. By signing below, the Volunteer Group Leader acknowledges awareness that the safety of the volunteers is of primary importance, that the volunteer group has read and understands the following agreement, and both the Volunteer Group Leader and all the participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
