ADDENDUM TO CUSTOMER ORDERAddendum to Customer Order • April 4th, 2023
This ADDENDUM TO CUSTOMER ORDER (“Amendment”) is entered into as of the last date of signature below (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and between LUMEN TECHNOLOGIES GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS INC. (“Lumen”) and County Of El Paso (“Customer”), and modifies the Customer Order with Document Number 163488-12-03 (the “Customer Order”), a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A. Lumen and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
