Action Items Agreement Sample Contracts

NENA and Internet communications providers have agreed upon the following action items:

1—For service to customers using phones that have the functionality and appearance of conventional telephones, provide 9-1-1 emergency services access (at least routing to a PSAP 10-digit number) within a reasonable time (three to six months) and prior to that time inform customers of the lack of such access.

Agreeing to Action Items
Action Items Agreement • November 4th, 2020

• Action Items are agreements pertaining to a student’s financial obligations to NJIT. They will prevent access to the registration application until the Action Item(s) is acknowledged and accepted by the student. Each Action Item needs to be agreed to once on a bi-annual basis, one for Summer/Fall and another for Winter/Spring, in order for a student to proceed in registering for these semesters.
