____________________________ (“Supplier”), on behalf of itself and any subsidiary companies that may do business with Enventure Global Technology Inc. (“Enventure”), does hereby acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the Enventure Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which are attached and incorporated hereto, or as may be updated from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”). Supplier understands that this agreement is for the mutual convenience of both companies, to enable Enventure to send Purchase Orders to Supplier and any of its subsidiary companies without requiring the attachment of the Terms and Conditions to each Purchase Order.
