WHEREAS the Parties, having entered into an agreement dated 19th March 2018, as amended vide amendment agreement dated 14th September 2018, dated 04th February 2019, dated 27th March 2019 & dated 17th June 2019 (hereinafter collectively referred as “the Agreement”), for the provision of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Building Management System, Fire Alarm with Voice Evacuation System, Water Leak Detection System and Rodent Repellent System Works for IT BDC EON2 Pune Project, as per the terms and conditions thereof.
