THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on January 8, 2019 by and between Veoneer Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Mats Backman (the “Executive”), to be effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in Section 1.
