THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 2, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between, Warehouse Goods LLC, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Vanessa Guzmán-Clark (the “Employee”). (Company and Employee are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
