THIS INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 25th day of June, 2015, by and between American Realty Capital New York City REIT II, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and William M. Kahane, Michael A. Happel, David Gong, B.J. Penn, Patrick O’Malley, Nicholas S. Schorsch, Gregory W. American Realty Capital New York City REIT II, Inc.
