This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 26, 2021, is among: BLUEKNIGHT ENERGY PARTNERS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”); each of the Lenders from time to time party hereto; TRUIST BANK, as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”); CITY NATIONAL BANK and U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as co-syndication agents (each, in such capacity, a “Co-Syndication Agent”); and FIRST HORIZON BANK and FIFTH THIRD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as co-documentation agents (each, in such capacity, a “Co-Documentation Agent”).
