THIS LOAN RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 14, 2016 (the “Agreement Date”), by and among 4 HIMS, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (“4 HIMS”), TRIBUTE LABS, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Tribute”), U.S. COMPOUNDING, INC., an Arkansas corporation (“USC”); EDDIE GLOVER, an individual; WILLIAM L.
