THIS SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 31, 2021, is between DRAGON VICTORY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, with principal executive offices located at Room 1803, Yintai International Building, Kejiguan Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China (the “Company”), and the investor listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (the “Buyer”).
