THIS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT made this 30th day of June, 2017, by and between SOUTHERN FIRST BANCSHARES, INC., a South Carolina corporation, having its principal place of business in 100 Verdae Boulevard, Suite 100, Greenville, South Carolina 29606 (hereinafter referred to as the “Borrower”), and CENTERSTATE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, having its principal place of business in 1101 1st Street South, Winter Haven, Florida 33880 (hereinafter referred to as the “Lender”).
