THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of May, 2019 by and among Parnassus Funds and Parnassus Income Funds, each a Massachusetts business trust (collectively, the “Client”), and Foreside Financial Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”).
