This INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MATTERS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of [●], 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Computer Sciences Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“CSC”), and Computer Sciences Government Services Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Computer Sciences GS”).
