This Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 7, 2012, by Inergy Crude Logistics, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and Inergy Midstream, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Member”).
