THIS COMCAST INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CROSS LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 28, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation (“Comcast”), and Navy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”).
