This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of May 1, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Global Power Equipment Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and James P. Wilson (the “Executive”). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 1 of this Agreement.
