This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of January 25, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between JD Finley (“Executive”) and Leading BioSciences, Inc. (the “Company”), amending and restating in its entirety the Executive Employment Agreement between Executive and Company dated December 16, 2020, as of the Effective Date.
