THIS THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF SPECTRA ENERGY PARTNERS, LP dated as of January 21, 2018 is entered into by and between Spectra Energy Partners (DE) GP, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, as the General Partner, and the other Persons who become Partners in the Partnership or parties hereto as provided herein.
