This ADDENDUM THREE TO LEASE AGREEMENT FOR A GAMMA KNIFE UNIT (this “Addendum”) is dated effective as of June 20, 2007, and is entered into between (i) GK FINANCING, LLC, a California limited liability company (“GKF”), and (ii) SUNRISE HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that is qualified to do business in the State of Nevada, d/b/a/ Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center (“Medical Center”), with reference to the following recitals:

This SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT FOR A GAMMA KNIFE UNIT (this “Second Amendment”) is dated effective as of May 15, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between Yale-New Haven Hospital, Inc. a/k/a Yale-New Haven Hospital, a Connecticut corporation (“YNHH”) and GK Financing, LLC, a California limited liability company (“GKF”).

This AMENDMENT THREE TO EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT (this "Amendment Three") is made effective as of the 11 day of June, 2010, and is entered into by and between (i) the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS on behalf of THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES ("Hospital"), and (ii) GK FINANCING, LLC, a California limited liability company ("GKF”).
