Kurt Byskov personally holds 100% of the share capital of IPU. Henning Maerkedahl personally holds 100% of HM. Aksel Jorgensen personally holds 100% of the share capital of AJI; and Aksel Jorgensen thereby directly and indirectly holds 7.5% of the Company's share capital. Rotensia A/S is held as follows: Rotensia Holding A/S - 79% (Rotensia Holding A/S is held equally by Lis and Bent Wisborg), Birgitte Spencer Wisborg -10%, Jorgen Wisborg - 10%, Lone Wisborg - 1%.
