This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), entered into as of January 10, 2022 (the “Agreement Date”), is made by and between Seelos Therapeutics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Raj Mehra, Ph.D. (“Executive” and together with the Company, the “Parties”). This Agreement will become effective as a binding contract as of the date the “Term” under that certain March 20, 2019 Employment Agreement between the Company and the Executive otherwise would expire (such date, the “Effective Date”).
