THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective November 1, 2018 (“Effective Date”), is made between Oncolytics Biotech (U.S.), Inc., (“Employer” or the “Company”), and Rita Laeufle, MD PhD (“Employee”). Employee and the Company are sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties.”

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Amending Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed as follows:
