THIS THIRTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of August 20, 2025 between Brookfield Finance Inc. (the “Issuer”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, Brookfield Corporation (formerly, Brookfield Asset Management Inc.) (the “Company”), a corporation organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada, and Computershare Trust Company of Canada (the “Trustee”), a trust company organized under the laws of Canada, as trustee, to the Indenture, dated as of June 2, 2016, by and among the Issuer, the Company and the Trustee (the “Original Indenture”, the Original Indenture, as supplemented hereby, being referred to herein as the “Indenture”).
