This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), entered into as of January 4th, 2022, by and between Takung Art Co., Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") and Mr. Kuangtao Wang (the "Executive"). The Company and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties." This Agreement automatically shall supersede any agreement between the Company and Executive concerning Executive's employment by the Company.
