This Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement (this “Agreement”),dated as of August 1, 2005, is entered into by and among the financial institutions from time to time parties hereto, whether by execution of an Assignment and Acceptance Agreement (as defined below) or this Agreement (each a “Lender” and collectively “Lenders”), WACHOVIA CAPITAL FINANCE CORPORATION (WESTERN), a California corporation formerly known as Congress Financial Corporation (Western), as administrative and collateral agent for Lenders (in such capacity “Agent”), and PC MALL, INC., a Delaware corporation formerly known as Idea Mall, Inc.
