CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 31, 2018 (this “Agreement”), by and among The Hillman Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), The Hillman Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), the Lenders from time to time party hereto including Barclays Bank PLC (“Barclays”), in its capacities as administrative agent and collateral agent (the “Administrative Agent”) with Barclays, Jefferies Finance LLC (“Jefferies”), Citizens Bank (“Citizens”) and MUFG Union Bank, N.A.
