THIS SENIOR SECURED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 9, 2007, is among INTERSTATE OPERATING COMPANY, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), LEHMAN COMMERCIAL PAPER INC.
