This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 14th day of July, 2016 by and between ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and CSat Investment Advisory, L.P., doing business as ACSI Funds, a Delaware limited partnership with its principal place of business at 625 Avis Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108 (the “Adviser”).

THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement’) is made as of the 14th day of July, 2016 between ETF Series Solutions (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust and Quasar Distributors, LLC (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company. CSat Investment Advisory, L.P., doing business as ACSI Funds, a Delaware limited partnership and the investment advisor to the Trust (the “Adviser”), is a party hereto with respect to Article 5 only.
