AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GUARANTEE AGREEMENT, dated as of September 13, 2018 (this “Amendment”), by and between DYNEX CAPITAL, INC., a Virginia corporation (“Guarantor”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (“Buyer”).
