THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective __________, ____ (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ross Stores, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and ____________ (the “Executive”). This CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of April 1, 2016, among Ross Stores, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an L/C Issuer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as an L/C Issuer, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as an L/C Issuer.
