THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the 26th day of October, 2016, by and between Regal Beloit Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Thomas E. Valentyn (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”).
