This CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of March 27, 2014, among MEREDITH CORPORATION, an Iowa corporation (hereinafter, together with its successors in title and assigns, called the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and, individually, a “Lender”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent, Swingline Lender and L/C Issuer.
