This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among the following parties: Michael Bowen, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (defined below), by and through Joshua P. Ward of J.P. Ward & Associates, LLC; (ii) Charles J. Hilton, P.C. Attorney at Law (“Charles Hilton”), by and through its counsel of record, Donald M. Houser of Alston & Bird LLP; and (iii) The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (“UPMC”), by and through its counsel of record, John C. Conti/Jeffrey
