COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTAgreement • July 6th, 2002
The purpose of this Agreement is to secure for the Corporation, the Union and the employees of the Corporation, the full benefit of orderly and legal collective bargaining, and to ensure to the utmost extent possible the safety and physical welfare of the employees, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output, the protection of property, and to promote efficiency of operation. It is recognized by the Agreement to be the duty of the Corporation and the Union and the employees to co-operate fully, individually and collectively, for the advancement of said conditions.
