This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) the end user (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) and Bravo Store Systems, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (hereinafter “Bravo” or “we” or “our” or “us”) (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”) and contains the complete term and conditions governing Your access to and use of Bravo’s point-of-sale platform including Bravo’s Software and/or Services (as defined herein).
