This Economic Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , (“Effective Date”), by and between the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Franklin, Indiana (“RDC”), as the governing body of the City of Franklin, Indiana Redevelopment District, the City of Franklin, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety (“BOW”), the Franklin Development Corporation (“FDC”), an Indiana non-profit neighborhood development corporation, and Franklin Gateway Development, LLC an Indiana limited liability company. (Collectively, the RDC, BOW, FDC, and Franklin Gateway Development, LLC are the “Parties”; the RDC and BOW are the “City”; and Franklin Gateway Development, LLC is the “Developer”.)
