THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL LICENSING SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between JEFFERSON COUNTY, OREGON hereinafter called “COUNTY,” and PETDATA, INC., a Texas for- profit corporation, hereinafter called “CONTRACTOR,” as of the date last signed by a party as reflected on the signature page of this Agreement (“the Execution Date”).
