This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of (Month, Year) by and between Central Connecticut State University (hereinafter “CCSU” or “University” or “Agency”) located at 1615 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT 06053 (“campus”) and (Contractor) with a principal place of business at (Address) (“Contractor” or “GME”). This Agreement is pursuant to an award made to the Contractor (RFP 2017-20) to provide recycling services of electronic waste “e-waste” generated by CCSU.
