This Master Subscription and License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on the date set forth in the Order Form (the “Effective Date”) by and between LeadVolt Corp, a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business at 320 Sevilla Ave Suite 201 Coral Gables, FL 33134 (“LeadVolt ”), and the entity identified in the Order Form (“Customer”), individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
