Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”)1 and Part 35 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (the “Commission”),2 ISO New England Inc. (“ISO-NE”)3 and Versant Power (together, the “Filing Parties”) hereby submit for filing seven fully executed, non-conforming Local Service Agreements by and among Versant Power, Black Bear Hydro Partners, LLC or Black Bear SO, LLC (collectively, “Black Bear”), and ISO-NE for Firm and Non-Firm Local Point-To-Point Service under Schedule 21- VP of the ISO-NE Tariff relating to the following hydroelectric power projects (the “Black Bear Hydro Projects”), with service agreement designations as follows:4
