This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) amends and is incorporated into the Dashlane BusinessTerms and Conditions (the “Terms”) between Client and Dashlane USA, Inc., or Dashlane SAS, where applicable (together with all affiliates, “Dashlane”) only if Client or its Users provide Dashlane with Personal Data (as defined below) in connection with Client’s receipt of the Services.
